In a small building, with a wide balcony, and a side yard, it's a great place for a family to unwind and play. This apartment has 2 full baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wifi, 4 smart TV's, ( no cable), and 4 a/c units. The property has parking for 1 car, it is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, and cleaning products not supplied.
