Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in a quiet complex with clear river views from the back patio and bedrooms.
Centrally located between Brisbane & the Gold Coast, 7 minute drive to motorways, 5 minutes to local hospital & train station, Coles shopping centre is 2 minutes by car or a 7 minute walk. Theme Parks/Gold Coast 40-45 minutes. Beautiful rain forests/Mt Tamborine 40mins.
The complex has a swimming pool.
There is air conditioning/heating downstairs & in the master bedroom.
Check in/check out time is flexible by arrangement and when agreed upon.
Note: this property has an internal staircase. All bedrooms are upstairs.
Ring doorbell camera is in place so we can communicate with you during check in/check out should any assistance be required.

Why they chose this property
I love love love our river views and feeling a sense of country when sitting out back. Then to go out the front and have restaurants/pubs within walking distance and being so central to Brisbane & the Gold Coast. It's a nice place to be.
What makes this property unique
The clear river view is enjoyable and tranquil.
Birds chirping & visiting for a bath.
Walking out the front gate to local pub/restaurant is very convenient. There is also another pub/restaurant across the river (5 minute walk).
