Main house:
Featuring 4 beautiful bedrooms, this two-storey home was designed with family in mind and will be quick to become your next home away from home. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and well-equipped to accommodate large families or groups of friends. Relax in the spacious living room on the large, comfortable couch, or showcase your culinary skills in the fully-equipped kitchen with island bench seating Overlooking the stunning lap pool, the living area extends to an alfresco dining space, perfect for relaxing while soaking up the serenity of Shelly Beach. For added comfort, there is a separate cosy living area with a smart TV and a piano for music lovers.

Bedroom & Bathroom Configuration:
Master Bedroom: A luxurious king bed, ensuite, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views of Shelly Beach. Enjoy a private patio, ideal for sipping morning coffee.
Bedroom 2: A beautifully furnished king-sized bed for a restful retreat.
Bedroom 3: Tastefully designed with a king bed, offering a comfortable stay.

The studio is spread across two levels:
Upstairs features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows and louvres that fill the area with natural light and sea breezes. The modern kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, with electric appliances for added convenience. Relax on the cosy couch or enjoy a romantic dinner at the dining table.
Downstairs offers a queen-sized bed, a comfortable living area with a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, vanity, and shower. There's also a bookshelf stocked with novels and games, providing a cosy retreat. This studio is the perfect getaway, offering privacy, simplicity, and all the essential comforts for a laid-back coastal experience.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the main house and the private studio. We also provide a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. The outdoor space is for your enjoyment, and we encourage you to relax and make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
Located on the foreshore of Shelly Beach, the studio is just steps away from the sand. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within close proximity. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 8-minute walk to Edmund Street (corner of Russell St) where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form in full.

*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
