• The Alpine Goat is a corner-unit chalet in Timberline Village. It combines Canadian and European decor which celebrates the beauty of wildlife, mountain views, and skiing. Enjoy unique touches like an authentic Austrian cowbell and a cozy sheepskin rug from the Alps!
• Ground Floor: Features an entryway and heated garage (with a foosball table, ski rack, and boot dryer).
• 1st Floor: Includes a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, a dining area, living room (with a queen sofa bed), a full bathroom, and two balconies. Enjoy sunsets from the west-facing balcony, or take in mountain views from the secluded east balcony, (with a hot tub and Weber BBQ).
• 2nd Floor: Contains three bedrooms: a master bedroom (with a king bed and private balcony), a spacious guest room (with a queen bed), and a smaller bedroom (with a queen bed). This floor also has a second full bathroom and laundry facilities.

• Location: Conveniently located beside the village core, ski school, and beginner's area—ideal for families seeking a vehicle-free holiday.
• Ski Access: Enjoy ski-out access to Tod and Sundance by crossing the street and following one of the ski-out paths. To access Morrisey ski through the village to reach the Morrisey Platter lift.
At the end of the day, ski-in access is available until 7 pm! Take the Village Platter, and follow a forest trail that leads to the front door. Note: the village base offers superior access compared to other areas due to snowmaking and extended opening conditions.
• Other Features: Gas fireplace, fiber optic Internet/TV, games, DVDs, heated garage.
• Off-site Amenities: A public pool, skating rink, and fitness center are located just across the road (availability varies by season). A public EV charging station for two vehicles is also across the road and visible from the balcony.
• Parking: One designated parking space is provided. A second vehicle may be parked in the on-site visitor parking (five spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis). Pay parking is available in nearby P5. Street parking is not available during the winter.
• Outdoor Space: No ground-level access from the elevated patio.
• Child Safety: The chalet features standard electrical outlets, stairs, a gas fireplace, and a covered hot tub (behind a lockable patio door). Guests are encouraged to be mindful of these features!
• Privacy: There is a security camera monitoring the exterior entry door for safety. The listing is equipped with water leak detectors in various locations. These sensors send alerts if interior temperatures risk freezing or if water pooling is detected.
• Basics: Visitors, extra guests, and pets are generally not allowed, so please contact the host for permission. Additionally, a detailed house rules section is provided, outlining property use, as well as your rights and responsibilities during your stay and in relation to your reservation.
