The Space:
This well located one bedroom, plus study apartment, on the second floor of a popular security building is only one stop on the light rail from Sydney Cricket ground and the entertainment quarter, whilst also being within easy walking distance of Royal Randwick racecourse. Fully carpeted throughout this spacious apartment comes with stacker doors that open up onto a large balcony overlooking Anzac Parade. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom with block out blinds and plenty of wardrobe space.

The second bedroom is actually a study but contains a fold out sofa bed, large enough for one extra person. The full kitchen has dishwasher, induction cooktop, front loader 7.5kg washing machine, smart TV and a server to the living, dining area.

There is also scramble parking at the side and the rear of the building as well as plenty of street parking in nearby Abbotford Street.

The Neighborhood:
Kensington and Randwick location for not only being close to the city but also to Centennial Park and nearby Coogee beach.
• Convenience store is ideally located (3-min walk, 0.2 km) at 170 Anzac Parade.
• The Kensington Light Rail Stop (L2 Line) is a 3-min walk away, providing seamless connections to the Sydney CBD and Circular Quay.

• Kensington Peking Restaurant (1-min walk, 0.1 km) – Is perfect for for authentic Chinese dishes or take the light rail out Alison Road head towards Randwick where there are a myriad of restaurants and cafes. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.\

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 3 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
