Enjoy the fruit trees from the garden, Walk the paddle board down to the waters edge to go for a pleasant paddle, launch your boat at the boat ramp by the yacht club, explore the hen and chick islands/ Whangarei heads and be back for lunch or simply just walk around the marsen marina, cafes or along the lovely local beaches. Why they chose this property
The options between the sheltered beaches of the estuary or white sandy beaches on the ocean side stand out to me. Whilst the area boasts great fishing and peaceful walks.
What makes this property unique
The house been close to the waters edge really lets you make the most of paddle boarding, kayaking and boating.
