The Round House at Avoca Beach offers a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway for families, friends, and couples. It boasts a bright, open-plan living area that flows onto a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views.

Entering The Round House, will instantly fill you with warmth and comfort, where you will be greeted with a bright, clean and crisp ambience. Come up the stairs to the open plan dining, lounge and kitchen. With spacious and stylish open plan interiors, the home is designed for comfort and convenience.

The kitchen features premium appliances including a coffee machine, premium cooktop, oven, fridge and microwave. A combined living and dining room leads out onto the front balcony where you can relax and enjoy a morning cuppa.
Go down the hall and to the left you will find the laundry, main bathroom and the single bed bedroom. To the right you will find two bedrooms. The main bedroom has door that you can go out to a small under cover area and then out to the back yard.
Go out to the backyard where you can entertain with family or friends.
At the back of the area, you will find the self-contained Studio suitable for two people nestled in amongst the trees.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the pristine Avoca Beach and lagoon is a short distance away, offering the perfect spot for surfing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The southern end of the beach is great for kids with shallow rock pools sheltered from the surf.
The local area has a selection of great cafes, boutique shops, and restaurants providing a vibrant but relaxed coastal atmosphere. Be sure to check out the beachside markets on the 4th Sunday of each month or venture into Bouddi National Park for an abundance of bush walks and secluded beaches. You can also take a drive to Terrigal where you will find great restaurants and cafes.
Erina Fair is a short drive and you will find the Ice Rink, Movie Theatre and grocery shopping.

Perfect for families, couples, or friends, this holiday home The Round House is the ideal base for a memorable get-a-way on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW. Whilst close to Avoca Beach we are not beach front. You can walk it will take your around 20mins.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2. 5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interrupt

We do not allow 3rd party booking without prior consent.
Guests MUST BE 25yrs and above ( unless children with parents )
We do not accept Schoolies or parents booking for their children.
All homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation
NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council
There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay and/or lose of Bond.
PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Play stations.
BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages.
SMOKING is not permitted anywhere inside or out. If detected, you will loose your Bond.
If used the BBQ is to be cleaned. If not, a fee will apply.
Dishwasher to be unpacked when checking out.
