Unique family home 400m to surf beach
Only 400m from Inverloch Surf Club, an early morning surf is very doable at local surf breaks.
The house was built in the mid-90's and was originally a sidplay home, tastefully furnished and renovated boasting unique cathedral ceilings and parents mezanine level, with adjacent working space (fast WiFi) and bedroom for young child (KS and trundle).
There are two additional bedrooms both with either QB or Dbl with original (90's retro) central bathroom and seperate toliet.
Dogs very welcome
