In the heart of the Algarve, Porches / Armacao de Pera, the pool villa is situated on a manicured park-like grounds, with palm trees, exotic plants and flowers. The site is located in a residential area just off the road, with seasonal traffic that the site (about 2.5 km) and the 8 km long sandy beach leads, with a beautiful promenade, as well as many restaurants, cafes, bars and good shopping. The garden of the house is not suitable for small children !! (Cactus, holly, and unprotected pool). The German owners live next door and take care lovingly as needed to the guests. Garden and pool are available exclusively to guests of the villa.
On the ground floor of the very well-equipped house is the large living room with dining area, and a large terrace is located to the pool and beautiful gardens. Furthermore, the large well-equipped kitchen, in the hall at the entrance is a guest toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a beautiful terrace and bath / shower room, still a smaller bedroom with shower room.
The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for all activities and things. Free Parking closed to the house on the street.
In the winter months the electricity is paid extra on site (€ 0,30 Kw/h )

Short stay

Positives - very clean, beautiful garden and pool, owners are polite and obliging. Lots of towel options available. Comfy bed. Good location for restaurants, supermarkets and traveling. Able to access the property earlier than expected. Negatives - no oven and only microwave and hob. Very close to main road. No secure parking on site. All entertainment in either German or Portugese. No information pack explaining about wifi log ins and what is available in local area. Lacks privacy due to owners watering and cleaning pool and being next door and within same grounds of villa. Overall our one night stay was ok but failed in areas that need improving to cater for all nationalities.

Superbe

Nous avons vraiment passé quinze jours magnifiques dans cette villa proche des plages. La maison est très belle, fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Et la propriétaire qui n'est pas loin est d'une gentillesse hors norme et vraiment serviable. Nous avons même pu faire des massages à domicile. Merci pour ces magnifique congés. Wunderschön

Als wir dort ankamen waren wir direkt hin znd weg. Die gegen war so schön und ruhig. Die Hauptstraße haben wir kaum bemerkt. Eine richtige wohlfühl oase und mit viel liebe qurde der Garten eingerichtet. Auch die eigentümerin war super freundlich und man bemerkte Sie kaum. Sie gab auch sehr gerne Empfehlungen was restaurants oder unternehmungen anging. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man alles schnell mit dem auto erreichen egal ob es der Strand,Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren. Kleines manko war das keine Klimaanlage auf den zimmern war aber sonst wunschlos glücklich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Villa spacieuse

C'est une belle maison avec piscine et un joli jardin et nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire qui est une femme charmante et vraiment au petit soin avec ses hôtes. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable. Les seuls points noirs étaient qu'il n'y a pas de clim et cette année, il a fait vraiment très chaud et très difficile pour dormir et en plus nous avons la route qui passe juste à côté et très bruyante et aussi difficile à dormir.

Lovely stay in the Algarve

We had a lovely stay in Porches last week. The house is fully equipped (a.o. 2 bathrooms, separate WC, dishwasher, washing machine and a big bath) for a relaxing holiday. The house was also very clean. The garden is simply amazing; full of plants and flowers. There is a nice pool and a BBQ as well. The owner is very helpful and ensures you have a good holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Sehr sauberes Haus.

Wir waren 7 Tage zu Gast in diesem Haus. Alles sehr sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionell. Die Lage des Hauses würden wir als grausig bezeichnen. Man liegt im Bett und denkt man schläft an einer Autobahn. Der Eigentümer wohnt direkt in der Doppelhaushälfte nebenan. Hierdurch ist eine uneingeschränkte Privatsphäre leider nicht gegeben.

Einfach alles super schön und super sauber

Super nette Gastgeber und ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Sehr schöne Trasse mit einem großen sauberen Pool. Garten mit Palmen und vielen Pflanzen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Un petit coin de paradis

Une superbe maison gérée par un couple très gentil et disponible. Maison d'une propreté exemplaire et surtout très bien équipée. Un petit jardin arboré avec goût et une piscine dans laquelle il fait bon d'y être. Un séjour plus que parfait qui ne demande qu'à être renouvelé les yeux fermés. Excellentes vacances en Algarve : très belle location

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets. Maison très agréable et d'une propreté irréprochable, elle est très bien équipée et possède un jardin extérieur magnifique. Très belle piscine avec une eau à très bonne température et un coin repas ombragé. La maison est très bien située pour visiter l'ouest de l'Algarve. Je recommande cette maison, un 5*. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Excellent séjour dans la villa. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets. Le jardin et la villa sont magnifiques comme sur les photos. Si j'avais un point négatif, ce serait la proximité de la route qui pour les personnes sensibles peut gêner pour faire une grasse matinée. A part cela, 5*.

Magnifiques vacances au Algarve

Boas férias em tempo de pandemia COVID

Wir sind nun schon einige Male in diesem Haus gewesen und es war wie immer traumhaft,... für uns ist es "... wie nach Hause kommen"! In dem Haus gibt es einfach alles! Es ist gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Das Haus können wir wirklich nur empfehlen und planen nun auch schon wieder unseren nächsten Besuch im nächsten Jahr bei der Familie Kunze ! Viele Grüsse nach Portugal

Traumurlaub an der Algarve

Dieses Jahr haben wir erneut unseren Urlaub an der Algarve verbracht und als Unterkunft die Vivenda das Palmeiras ausgewählt, die wir bereits mit Freunden 2012 auswählten. Erstmalig buchten wir mehr als 2 Wochen. Jetzt können wir sagen: eine gute Entscheidung. Zu unserer Freude ist das Haus und der Garten noch genauso gepflegt wie vor 5 Jahren. Beim Betreten des Hauses fiel uns als erstes wieder die Sauberkeit ins Auge, höchster deutscher Level. Bettwäsche und Handtücher farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und frisch nach Weichspüler duftend. Sehr gute Matratzen und eine Auswahl an Kissen sorgen für guten Schlaf. Die Vermieter überlassen nichts dem Zufall, versuchen den Gästen ein gemütliches Heim zu schaffen, mit Erfolg. Terrasse , Pool und Sonnenliegen erwarteten uns jeden Morgen frisch gereinigt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den schönen Pool und den liebevoll angelegten Garten, ließen uns das Frühstück fast immer hier, "zu Hause" einnehmen. Wöchentlich wird das Haus gereinigt, die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher fürs Bad und den Pool gewechselt. Auch in diesem Jahr hatten die Vermieter wieder Tipps, wo wir gut essen gehen konnten, wenn wir nicht selber in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen wollten. Supermärkte, wie auch Aldi, sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. In direktem Umfeld gibt es viele schöne Badebuchten, Orte zum bummeln und shoppen wie auch Bauernmärkte, auf denen frisches Gemüse und Obst gekauft werden kann. Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge. Wir haben uns so wohl gefüllt, dass wir für das kommende Jahr bereits wieder gebucht haben.

Disappointing

Negatives: very noisy from incessant traffic from the busy road immediately in front, a neighbour who insisted on playing her tv at full volume, and barking dogs. Kitchen was bare, not even salt and pepper or dish washing soap. Positives: nice pool and yard, owners pleasant and helpful, close enough to beaches and restaurants, pretty much central Algarve.

Glücksgriff an der Algarve

Mit der "Vivenda das Palmeiras" haben wir für unseren ersten Algarve-Urlaub die ideale Unterkunft gefunden. Hier ist alles möglich: Einfach einen Faulenzer-Tag im Haus mit dem herrlichen Garten und Pool verbringen oder Ausflüge an die herrlichen Strände und ins Hinterland unternehmen. Selbst-Versorgen geht hier mit kompletter Küche und nahegelegenen Supermärkten ebenso, wie die herrlichen, kleineren Lokale in der Nähe ausprobieren, die uns die netten Vermieter vorgeschlagen haben. Die Bilder zeigen den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses, genau so gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Etwas problematisch war der Pool. Er hatte eine derartige Anziehungskraft auf unsere beiden Kinder (10 und 13), dass sie entweder kaum für Ausflüge zu begeistern waren oder spätestens ab 3 Uhr Nachmittag wieder nach Hause wollten. ;-) Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden es wieder in Betracht ziehen, wenn es uns wieder mal an die Algarve verschlägt.

Wir haben jeden Tag genossen...

Bereits die Begrüßung am Anreisetag war herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben häufig selbst gekocht und auch dort kein Utensil vermisst. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum. Super gepflegt und wunderbar blickdicht zu den Nachbargrundstücken, so dass wir und ungestört am, im und auf dem Pool entspannen und sonnen konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und absolut zurückhaltend. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Mehrere Restaurants ( danke nochmals für die tollen Restaurant-Tipps) sind sogar fußläufig (200m -2km) erreichbar. Alles in Allem haben wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt in der Vivenda das Palmeiras.

Génial !

Villa très agréable, nous avons été surpris par la grandeur de cette maison (cuisine, séjour, les chambres, salles de bain) mais surtout par la propreté ! Très agréable d'avoir autant de linge de maison à disposition et d'une heure de ménage durant la semaine, incluse dans le tarif de location ! Un vrai bonheur, sans oublier le jardin joliment paysagé et cette piscine de taille suffisante pour 4 adultes. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets. Seul bémol, le bruit sans cesse des voitures qui passent sur cette route très fréquenté durant les mois d'été.
