Our apartment is situated in a tranquil complex with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate any lively gatherings including but not limited to "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimal level at all times especially when using the Patio.
Bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Kindly bring your own pool towels
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, inside and outside on the patio - guests will need to smoke outside the complex.
All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct including the apartment complex by-laws for the duration of their stay.
