The Apartment:
- Two-Bedroom apartment.
- Three queen size beds. Please note that two of the beds are in one room.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- 2 full bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Laundry facilities available in the building (paid separately with quarters or using an app).
- This apartment is on the third floor. Elevator is not available.
The Building:
- The entrance to the apartments is from the outside.
- There is no elevator in the complex 'It's an older complex'
Parking Information:
- Unassigned Parking is available on premise.
- Commercial trucks, vans, trailers, and RVs are not allowed.
- Number of vehicles allowed: 1.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area in Austin. You may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $350, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $2,000 refundable security deposit is required.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to the following:
1. Identification Requirement:
- As part of our self-check-in process, we require a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie of you holding the ID. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will check in and upload the ID information. These documents must be submitted through our designated form prior to check-in.
2. Security Deposit:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, which can be paid through our secure portal or via Airbnb. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur.
3. No Smoking or Parties:
- Smoking or hosting parties on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
4. Security Deposit Policy:
- Security deposits can be submitted through Airbnb or directly via our secure portal. If your reservation is subject to a security deposit and you refuse to pay, your check-in will be denied.
5. Criminal Record Policy:
- Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.
6. Quiet Hours:
- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.
7. Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in the termination of your reservation. If you are traveling with a service animal, you must declare it and the breed prior to check-in. Service animals must be accompanied at all times and cannot be left alone under any circumstances.
