Property was comfortable to stay with my spouse and friend. Comfortable home near mountains and in proximity to Missoula. We appreciated the wine glasses!!
This space is perfect for a two night stay, but anything longer you might just lose your mind. The kids upstairs really do stomp and screech from 6am to 8:30pm. One of them hit my car with a baseball too.. Hard. I wouldn’t have a problem except for the fact that this is exactly what me and my husband were trying to get away from and no where in the listing was it mentioned there were kids right upstairs. The space is clean, and Lauren was a great host. I just wish I knew about the kids upstairs.

Filthy place and dishonest company
I am usually not one to leave a bad review but this is an exception. When we received the check in instructions the message said our place had been cleaned and sanitized. I think all the staff did was run the robot vacuum and change the bedsheets. The microwave and oven had dirty fingerprints. The bathtub had a pink mildew ring around the drain and a brown ring around the tub. The faucet had toothpaste spit on it and there was poo smeared on the toilet seat. I let the property manager know about the poo because that is unacceptable. She provided a credit at a sandwich shop and I cleaned the bathroom myself. There were also black markings on both sides of the doors like they've never been cleaned and the pillow shams were noticeably dirty. I understand they don't wash covers often so I removed it and added it to the towel laundry so that they would know it needed cleaned. The trash can had a bad smell coming from it so my mother removed the liner and sprayed it with cleaner to soak. 3 days after we checked out, I received a "heavy cleaning fee", which is in addition to the cleaning fee we already paid! She said it was because they had to take out the trash and there were crumbs on the floor! There was nothing in the rental agreement that stated we needed to take the trash out or sweep the floors! Then she tried saying the trash can was stale beer. If the beer can I threw away was leaking, it would have leaked on the closet floor. There was no additonal heavy cleaning.
We had a great time. The location is perfect, just outside of the main part of town. And seems pretty safe, an officer from the Sheriff's office lives in the next building. Durango's cooks up a good breakfast too. The property manager was very nice. Only bummer was the upstairs neighbor made 2 smoothies the morning we left but hey, it was Monday and everybody needs their breakfast. Would stay here again.

It's a cute little town and mountains are beautiful. There is a strong Sheriff presence throughout the town. Plenty of access to gas/grocery. The sprinkler schedule in the back yard surprised us but other than that it was a nice stay.
Lauren is an excellent host. One of the best I have had.
Had a leaky shower head and Lauren and her husband came out and had it fixed in 45 minutes. She was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Great accommodations.
We read the reviews of noise neighbors. We did not find that at all. All was quite and just a great place to spend the weekend for rafting, fishing or any other activity the area has to offer.
Our group was visiting the Hiawatha Trail and this was a great place for us to stay. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We only had one little problem where we couldn’t find something but Lauren responded quickly to our text and the communication was great. Prior to the trip she was also helpful answering some questions about what was available in the kitchen etc which helped with our meal planning. We would certainly recommend this property to a small group or family.

Very clean and updated property. Comfortable beds; actually while space is comfortable. Only complaint is lack of communication when we couldnt find property address. Otherwise, fabulous stay. We will stay here again!
My partner, another couple, and I had been driving all day and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet this property provided. It was clean and honestly nicer than advertised. We would stay here again any time!
Let me start by saying this was a very nice apartment. Clean, comfy, all the amenities. The host was very helpful and sweet. We would have really enjoyed our stay had it not been for the small herd of young children that live upstairs. They go hard, running, jumping, and yelling from 6 am till 830 pm, every single day. The people upstairs have no regard whatsoever. It was beyond frustrating!

The upstairs neighbor sounded like a herd of elephants. I complained alot.
7 children live above. It is never quiet.. never. Stomping from 8am-11pm at night. Wasnt expecting 90s rock for 6 hours day 5 either.. the longer you stay, the less rest you get.
This was a very last minute stay, and Lauren responded quickly from inquiry to booking to check-in. I normally don't book new listing with no review, but I felt confident with this stay once I heard back for the 1st time.
We took our 3 nieces (10,12 & 14) on a road trip to Glacier National Park and this was our overnight break for the drive from WA. While there's not much to do in Superior, it's just off I-90 and only about 15 minutes away from St. Regis (turn off for Glacier NP). We spent the afternoon down the road in Wallace, ID and arrived late to this cozy spot.
The space is well decorated and very clean. The full size kitchen is well equipped. I could have cooked there if I wanted to. Bring creamer/sugar for the coffee unless you drink black - kids enjoyed the hot chocolate in the morning. I was able to toast breads for sandwiches and also make grilled cheese before we leave the next morning.
It is not a big apartment, but enough space for the 5 of us (1 slept on the couch, but there's air mattress). The girls loved the apartment, I had to break them the bad news that it was only for 1 night. There's even games & puzzles for use, one could easily stay there for a long while.
Thanks Lauren for hosting us with such short notice!
