Nice bush setting in Howick .
Fully Furnished - this very large spacious unit is under the main house . Please be aware there is a little noise from above - kids- etc.
Close/walk to local beaches and up market shops or cafes/restaurants/bars/ Howick village
The unit has a huge lounge/ Dining/kitchen area and a separate double bedroom . Bathroom.
A bush setting - native birds present -tranquil -peaceful
Large deck in bush. Walk around side of house to back for separate entry. A forest setting
A studio space
Bicycles available to guests
On street parking -a very safe cul-de-sac street.
Easy walk to Howick main street-pubs-Cafes-Shops
Separate access door-completely private separate flat.
Please be aware there is another house being built on site at present. Not noisy though .
Washing machine -complete kitchen

Access is from the walkway on the side of the house and driveway.
Other things to note
All cooking utensils provided.
Bed Linen - Bathroom - provided.
