Located on the largest pedestrian and shopping avenue in Nice, in addition to the bars, restaurants and shops nearby, you will have easy access to the city of Nice on foot or thanks to transport just a stone's throw away, while remaining in a quiet courtyard-facing accommodation. The flat is located in the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the Coulée verte, the Place Masséna and the Vieux Nice, where you can find architectural treasures and typical shops. For a bit of culture, you will have the National Theatre of Nice at 9 min walk or the MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) at 10 min. If you are looking for a moment of relaxation, you will be 6 minutes walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais, where you can walk along the sea. Finally, you will be 15 minutes by transport from the Port of Nice.
