Minimum stay requirements:

Within 30 days: 3-night minimum

30+ days in advance: 7-night minimum

90+ days in advance: 28-night minimum

Bookings that don’t meet these minimums unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Late Arrivals

10pm–8am: $100 late arrival fee

No shows: $100 fee

Public Holiday arrivals: $50 surcharge

Check-In
On check-in, you’ll be asked to sign a registration form confirming your receipt of keys, remotes, and acceptance of StayCentral’s Terms & Conditions.

Photo ID & Credit Card
A verification of photo ID will be completed prior to confirming your booking. A credit card is also required to be held on file as security during your stay.
