✓ Caretaker: A caretaker resides on-site in a separate dwelling. Your privacy is respected at all times.
✓ Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum stay for long weekends, Christmas, and New Year bookings.
✓ Security Bond: A pre-authorization of $1000 is processed 1 to 3 days prior to arrival.
✓ Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
