Welcome to our corner of paradise ! Located in Park Corner in a rural setting in the central region of Prince Edward Island, Canada, a new home with contemporary vernacular architecture that is a nod to the typical grouping of farm buildings. The large floor-to-ceiling windows on the north side offer an exceptional panorama of the lake of shining waters, the dunes and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Tranquility and comfort that is both rustic and contemporary guaranteed.

Large entrance hall with office, storage cabinets, powder room and laundry room. A large kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare your seafood feasts. A dining room that can accommodate 8 guests adjoining the kitchen and living room. Large sectional sofa in the living room with a backrest that can be adjusted to the view or the television. Electric fireplace. Upstairs master bedroom located south side with queen bed and 2 dressers. Dormitory style room located on the north side, large window with sea view, 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed with 2 large dressers. Upstairs bathroom with double vanity and bath/shower. 2 covered terraces (1 north side and 1 south side). Covered terrace on the north side with BBQ. Another sunny terrace on the north side with outdoor shower, Adirondack chairs to enjoy the exceptional view. Outdoor storage shed style where you can find chairs and beach accessories.

Several beaches nearby, including the famous Cousins shore beach. Next to the Anne of Green Gables Museum. 5 minutes from Kensington. 15 minutes from Cavendish and the National Park. 15 minutes from Summerside. 45 minutes from the capital Charlottetown.
