The garden is established and can be seen through the pairs of French glass doors across the verandah of the apartment full of quality comforts it has all modern conveniences both in the kitchen and the bathroom.
The Yarraville village with coffee shops and a range of restaurants with all types of cuisine and 100 metres walk from the house.
The train to Melbourne CBD is less than a 5minute walk away.
There is car parking for 2 cars on site.
