Coronado #302 is a true full remodel with white quartz counters & all new tile walk in showers. Entire condo is fresh as of Dec 1, 2024, new everything. Located at 5701 Gulf Blvd, Coronado condos are directly across the street from Beach Access #22, worry not about lugging your beach gear & kiddos very far.
While not beachfront, from the front semi patio, you have a partial beachview to enjoy a sunset margarita and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, utensils etc to make meal prep easy for your family. The kitchen is true luxury with white quartz counters, new stainless appliances, and even a wine fridge. There is a dishwasher to make kitchen clean up easier too
Complete open concept, the living room & dining area flows to the massive section couch & smart TV for movie night or just relaxing. The couch does feature a pull out sleeper sofa that is a full bed in size. Down the main hall, you will find a convenient stackable washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms with new all tile walk in showers, impeccable decorations & a all tile floors. The spare bedroom has a unique twin over full adult sized bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed that is a single in size, making this room perfect for a kiddos bunkroom. The generous master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom & wal mounted flat screen app ready to wind down after a long day at the beach
Please note this is a 3rd floor unit affording an improved view, but there is no elevator. There is dedicated parking for one large SUV or truck plus a golf cart, but unfortunately there is not space for two SUVs or normal sized cars. Extra parking is free along gulf blvd which is a city street.
There is a community use pool, but it is not heated, please note. If you want a beach umbrella or pop up set up for you, there is a guy that does it for about $50 USD per day. Remember, South Padre Island is open container, cooler friendly on the beach just no glass. BBQing is allowed on the beach, but not at this complex, patio, pool, nor parking area,
please note, We allow up to 8 people, and we do count an infant as a person you may not go over occupancy. Sorry, this space is not pet friendly but is very new inside and tastefully decorated that even the most difficult to please guests should be happy with. Within quick driving distance of your stay, visit the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, Andy Bowie County Park, Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and the South Padre Island Golf Club. The island also boasts a variety of delicious dining options and local shops.
While this home has free WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 8 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count. A max of 1 full sized vehicle is allowed plus a golf cart. There is NOT parking space for two normal sized vehicles. if you park on side of road you will get towed. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age, there ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out sleeper sofa.
