Come and enjoy Mirrabella, our Federation style mountain house in the beautiful and world heritage Blue Mountains. Relax, unwind and spoil yourself with king beds, oversized lavish bathrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wood fires and entertaining deck. We’re only short stroll to the charming village of Blackheath with lots of wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shops. For the more adventurous, the area has so much to offer including walking/hiking trails, canyoning, caving and more.

The house is oozing with charm and there are lots of places to just hang out, relax and enjoy each other's company. We've also attempted to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with probably anything you need to prepare a beautiful multi-course meal, including a pro style Ilve gas cooktop and Smeg appliances including kettle, toaster, and blender There are lots of wonderful cafes in the village, but if you feel like a coffee on the deck, we've got a Breville Creatista Nespresso machine along with a selection of Nespresso coffee pods. When you're ready to eat, enjoy dinner on rustic handmade crockery, and when you're ready to clean up, we've got a full-size dishwasher.

The Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms has 2 soft and 2 medium pillows, as well as quilts and 100% wool blankets. Linen and towels are provided, and the gas ducted heating extends to the bedrooms.

The downstairs king bedroom can be configured as 2 king singles. Just let us know and we'll have the bed prepared as singles.

The Living Areas
Relax in front of the wood fires or enjoy our central ducted gas heating. We've got a Sonos music system which plays music in the main family room, the sitting room and the dining room. In the house manual (found in the house), instructions explain how to connect your mobile device to play your music. If it's a rainy day or you feel like staying in, we've got a large selection of games Chess, Mahjong, Backgammon, Hedbanz, Scrabble, Cluedo Junior, Rummikub, Battleship and various jigsaw puzzles, a large range of books to choose from or enjoy a movie from our Netflix account or large iTunes collection on our 55" T V. Guest Access
The entire home and the entertaining areas are yours to enjoy, the house is set up as a holiday property and not shared by other guests or owners. Bedrooms are determined by the number of guests staying, the listed price is for up to 2 guests, additional charges apply for extra guests.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration

Bedroom 1 – 1 x King bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 1 x King bed (can be made up as 2 x single beds upon request. Please confirm bed configuration at time of booking to avoid additional charges)

Main Bathroom with Shower and Bath & toilet
Ensuite Bathroom with Shower and Bath & toilet (upstairs)

Please note the tariff is based on 2 guests. If you have more than 2 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 6 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Cushions for the garden chairs are in the room under the house, which can be accessed via the door under the rear deck.
