About this property
Apt #1: Royale on Cedar main storey, 3 bedrm. 13%hst & 6%MAT included.
Welcome to the main storey, apartment #1, at the Royale on Cedar!
This three bedroom apartment is gorgeous with high ceilings, hardwood floors through out, and terazzo in the bathroom. It is a really lovely experience located within walking distance to numerous cafes, restaurants, theatre and bands who stop in to play in Sudbury on their way across Canada. It is grounded in heritage while arts and culture thrive. (laundry is located in a common area of the basement)

About me Hazel.....
I studied sociology/anthropology at Carleton University. Anthropology was my favourite so I have naturally maintained my love interest of all arts and culture including architecture, design and heritage. It is architecture, design and heritage that compelled my husband Evan and I to invest in this 1931 construction. We spent two years restoring it carefully in keeping with its original charm and heritage. We are very proud of this building and have discovered many stories belonging to the Franco Ontarian arts community of Sudbury which has added to its unique features for us and hopefully for all who have a chance to come stay.
