This privately owned one bedroom unit in the Sebel has extensive upgrades compared to the hotel fitout: more space, bigger fridge, better sofa bed, faster wifi and no-step shower are only the beginning.
Designated secure parking is $30/night, charged separately.

MORE DETAILS:
You will have exclusive use of a one bedroom apartment. All building facilities are available to our guests including a heated outdoor pool, enormous deck area, sauna and well-equipped gym.
If you also book parking, you will have a designated spot inside the building for the duration of your stay.
You'll sleep soundly on the comfortable queen size bed plus a new top-of-the-line Koala brand sofa bed in the living area, also queen size. Go out on the balcony to be part of the city, or close the black-out curtains for a cozy private space. The 56m2 unit can accommodate up to four people.
100% cotton linen and towels are supplied.
The kitchen is a lot larger than standard Sebel units and includes:
* full size fridge (not a mini-fridge!)
* 2 ring cooktop
* microwave, toaster, kettle
* Pots, pans, plates, cutlery
* cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar
* dishwashing liquid, cloth, sponge, tea towel, drying rack
The large open plan bathroom is well suited for guests with reduced mobility, and it has:
* no-step shower with grab rails and fold-down seat
* toilet with grab rail
* washing machine, laundry liquid and laundry basket
* hair dryer, pool/gym towels
* shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash
Other items included for your convenience include:
* vacuum
* iron and ironing board
* clothes hangers and shelves
* extra blankets
GUEST ACCESS:
Self check-in from 3pm to 9pm via a lockbox inside the building. If you are arriving later than 9pm, please let us know in advance so we can make alternate arrangements because the building will be locked.
Vehicle clearance for the capark is 2.1m.
SOME FINAL NOTES:
We provide a start-up supply of consumable items (tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, etc.). If these items run out, you will need to purchase further supplies for the remainder of your stay.
If you have made the reservation for 3 or 4 guests, linen for the sofa bed will be provided and is covered in your booking cost.
If you are booking for 2 guests and need the sofa bed, please let us know when you book. This will incur a $30 linen fee which will be charged separately.
Please note that this apartment does not have a dedicated mailbox, we therefore advise guests to make alternative arrangements for mail and parcel delivery during your stay.
