Important notes prior to booking:
The pool is available only from November to March.
The additional mattress is only available for bookings of 7-8 guests. If you require the mattress, please ensure your booking includes at least 7 people.

Exploring Barossa Valley by car is highly recommended, as it is less than an hour’s drive from Adelaide City and the airport. Alternatively, bring your bikes and ride along the Barossa Bike Trail to experience the region at a relaxed pace.

House Rules and Important Information
CCTV Surveillance: Security cameras are installed outside the property for your safety.
Farm Environment: As this property is located on a farm, you may encounter livestock such as sheep or horses around the house. If you do, please let us know, and we will arrange for someone to assist in guiding them away.
Respect for Property: We kindly ask guests to keep the house clean, avoid moving furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
Additional Cleaning Fees: If the house is left excessively dirty or messy, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Strong Odors: To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, please avoid consuming strongly scented foods (e.g., durian, curry) inside the house.
Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels low between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and avoid any disruptive sounds.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
No Parties or Events: Gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted. If such activities are reported, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $300 fee will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
No Pets Allowed: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, pets are not permitted on the property.
Lockout Assistance: If you are locked out, a fee applies for assistance:
$80 before 10 p.m.
$150 after 10 p.m.
Lost Key Fee: A $80 fee will be charged for key replacement.
Illegal Substances: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rental fees, and notification of authorities.
Facility Access: Access to certain facilities may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance. Please adhere to posted schedules and guidelines.
