2 Bedroom 2 Baths longterm rental in El dorado ranch mountain side. Very peaceful community 24 hrs sercurity home away from home. Carport, pleanty of secure parking for any offroad vehicles.
Home located in Rancho del sol 7000-24-10 section of El Dorado Ranch
Staying here guarantees you get to the enjoy El Dorado Ranch amenities including, swimming pools, tennis courts, resort beach, pickle courts and onsite restaurants.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR
- Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
- This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Utilities are extra (Internet, Propane, Water and Electricity)
