Welcome to your 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in the "Nishi" building, boasting stunning Lake Burley Griffin views. Enjoy the sunlit north-facing balcony and access to a rooftop garden & BBQ area. Experience luxury living in this award-winning architectural gem.
You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.
BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has 40-inch TCL TV which you can use to access your Netflix, YouTube, Stan etc Apps - must log into your own account. It is also connected to local TV channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's nearby park, lake access, and Common Garden / Courtyard throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
NOTE:
Please be advised that the Barbeque Area and Rooftop remain unavailable for use.
PARKING:
There is one allocated space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m) and a free street parking time limited - 1/2, 1 & 2 hours.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
If you come on a Sunday, don’t miss the nearby renowned Bus Depot Markets and keep an eye out for the two pop-up bars you sometimes see as you stroll around the lake. You can even hire a GoBoat and enjoy Canberra from the water. They go from a pier right next to the building! Or for a more sedate experience on the water, the MV Southern Cross offers daily sightseeing cruises that leave from the foreshore at 10am.
The local area also has two convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop. And if you feel like wandering further afield, you can go to Kingston or Manuka Shops or the Jerrabomberra Wetlands. Don’t forget your camera!

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
