This Rent In Highlands home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Main Level:
Step inside to a welcoming living room with a plush, oversized couch and a warm gas-log fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The main entrance also connects to the home through a covered walkway from the carport, leading directly into the well-appointed kitchen with elegant cabinetry and a convenient pass-through window to the living room.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts large picture windows and opens onto a screened-in porch where you can enjoy peaceful hillside views. A powder room is conveniently located nearby. The Primary Bedroom on this level features a King bed, a streaming-capable TV, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private screened-in porch for added relaxation.

Lower Level:
The fully furnished lower level offers a cozy den and kitchenette, perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis or step out onto the lower screened-in porch for fresh mountain air. This level also includes a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom.

Upper Level:
Upstairs, you’ll find two Guest Bedrooms, each outfitted with motorized adjustable Queen beds and Samsung TVs. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, providing a comfortable and convenient space for guests. Please note these bedrooms have window a/c units while the rest of the home has central a/c.

Rent In Highlands Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
