This unit is larger than most in the complex and offers a pool front view, providing plenty of room for your group of up to 6 guests. With deeded beach access just across the street, you’ll be on the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. Plus, you’re within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and shopping in the downtown area.

Step inside and unwind in a vibrant emerald-green retreat, where plush sofa and a TV invite you to relax and feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, blender, and microwave for easy meal prep. Enjoy meals together at the dining area with seating for 5, plus 3 additional bar stools in the kitchen perfect for casual meals. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms: the Queen bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool, and the second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, offering convenience for all guests.

Outside, relax by the outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The shared grill area with picnic tables is perfect for family meals, and the small grass lawn is great for kids to play or enjoy a round of shuffleboard with friends and family. Family Spring Break Trip!

Amazing place to stay

First time at golf shores

Super cute place, loved everything. Good location. You can pretty much walk everywhere from the condo. Beach was also easy to get to. Will definitely stay there again.

GREAT STAY

This condo was exactly what you see online, very clean and cozy. Could tell everything was updated. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The owner was always helpful and a pleasure to work with if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Space

We stayed here with 7 people and while it was a tight stay, it was extremely nice and exactly as described. The whole process was easy and we had one problem with a curtain bracket coming out of the wall that was resolved immediately would stay here again!

Perfect Location

We will definitely book here again! It was just as pictured. The location was perfect for us. It's within walking distance to The Hangout and surf shops and the beach was just across the road. The property manager was very responsive and kind.

Great beach vacay

Location was within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities! Never had to use the car. Place was cute and clean and we were able to communicate with the property manager easily. We comfortably housed 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 10. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Birthday Trip

My daughter wanted one last beach trip of the year for her 16th birthday! If you are looking for a cute spot in the middle of Gulf Shores action, this is the perfect place! Everything we needed was there, parking was convenient, and the beach was a super easy short walk! Thanks for everything!

Great location

Location great right across the street from beach. Short drve to parks, restaurants, entertainment. We enjoyed the month's stay. Toaster was missing and replaced within a day. Minimum toilet paper, and dish soap provided. Dishwasher a plus. Bring your own supplies and groceries. Clean except for 2 throw rugs,vents, above fans and refrigerator. Second floor outdoor access like most of the properties in this location of the gulf.

Wonderful!!!

The property was very convenient to many things in Gulf Shores, extremely clean, and welcoming. I was a little concerned at first about having to cross the road to get to the beach but it was really no problem at all. We felt very welcomed and have no reservations to recommend this listing to others. Thank you!!

Great experience

We stayed in the condo for 5 nights and had a great experience. There were 6 of us, including 4 children from age 2 to 12. The sleeping accommodations were great. There was plenty of room for our larger family. The kitchen was decently equipped. Communication with the owner was great. We only had a few questions and they were answered quickly. The beach is a short walk across the road and very doable with kids in tow. The location is close to many of the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed being able to walk and rarely use the car for much of our trip. All around great place to stay for anyone!

Wonderful location! Condo was even better than my expectations!

Owner was fantastic to work with! I wasn’t sure what to expect, because Sand Dollar Condominiums have been around for a long time.( I stayed there growing up, and now I have a family of my own) The condominium was is wonderful condition, and this unit was wonderfully up to date. Sleeping- master bedroom had queen size bed. Guest bedroom has bunk beds; twin top/full bottom bunk with a trundle that pulled out. Living room couch is a futon that lets down.

Clean and convenient

Overall, our stay was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location was nice in that we could walk just about everywhere. The downside of the location had more to do with Spring Break than anything. Being right on E Beach Blvd meant that we were obliged to listen to every Spring Breaker in the area with a loud truck or car constantly cruising up and down the strip. Being next door to an all night Waffle House meant that they would congregate in the parking lot and rev their engines…this happened until 2:00 am on the last 3 nights we were there. This unit is on the same side of the complex as Waffle House, so there was really no escape. I would definitely come back, and use this unit. It is very nice and a fair price. But I would not come back during the weeks of Spring Break.
