Very close to Beach, Tram, Yacht Club, Surf Club, Tedder Av. Restaurants & Cafes, McIntosh Park, Marina Mirage & Broadwater Park. All within walking distance. *Includes a secure car space. *Directly above the GC500 Race Track. (Cnr of Serisier & Breaker Sts.) *Also, there are FREE on-track tickets included for the GC500 race.
The space
There's a spacious lounge/dining room with a 75" TV. Youtube, Stan & Netflix available. The bathroom includes both a shower and separate bath for a relaxing soak.
The balcony views are 'to die for'! Great for brekky, lunch or dinner too. Sunsets can be extraordinary.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 x burner gas stove, oven, a microwave, toaster plus a dishwasher. There's a large fridge and freezer available too.

In the foyer downstairs (groundfloor) there are plenty of pamphlets highlighting surrounding theme parks, places to visit, entertainment and highlights in the area.
