LAUNDRY/3RD BATHROOM with washer and dryer - clothes line just outside the laundry door

RUMPUS: smaller 2nd TV room with blockout curtains for that cinema feel. Cabinets are fully stocked with board games and Barbie ( to go with the dream house) plus a 2nd tv to watch Netflix/YouTube * ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3 : 1 double bed and is like a mini studio room - very spacious ….It also has it’s own outside door access * ceiling fan

BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail
*use at your own risk should you sleep anyone under 9. * ceiling fan

OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed to bring your house trained fur baby.

*Please note although fully fenced and suitable for dogs one section of our fencing is lower than the other and would not suit a dog that loves to jump over fences or is an escape artist
