Welcome to Tranquility Hideaway! We aim to provide you with a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. To ensure a seamless experience for all, please review and adhere to our house rules.

We kindly ask you to confirm that you have reviewed these rules WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. If the guidelines cannot be met, you may cancel your booking penalty-free within this timeframe, as we maintain a Strict Cancellation Policy.

General Rules
• Treat the Space with Care: Tranquility Hideaway is a private retreat. Please be respectful of the property during your stay.
• Maximum Guests: Guest limits must be observed at all times.
- Tranquility Hideaway (Exclusive): 22 Guests. Maximum of 24 guests (subject to fees on additional pax)
- Tranquility Guest House (Entire House): 16 Guests. Maximum of 18 guests (subject to fees on additional pax)
- Tranquility Guest House (Upstairs only): 8 Guests. Maximum of 10 guests (subject to fees on additional pax)
- Tranquility Guest House (Downstairs only): Maximum of 8 guests
- Tranquility Guest House (Grand Bedroom): 2 Guests. Maximum of 10 guests (subject to fees on additional pax)
- Studios: Maximum of 2 guests
- Bungalow: Maximum of 6 Guests

• No Pets: To preserve the tranquility and cleanliness of the property and minimise impacts on the abundant, native Flora and Fauna, pets are strictly not allowed.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply for odor or stains. Please dispose of your waste respectfully and appropriately. Please, DO NOT litter under any circumstances.

Check-In and Check-Out
• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Early Check-in: Available as early as 12:00 noon, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
• Late Check-in: Available as late as 12:00 am, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
• Standard Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Late Check-out: Available for a minimal fee, subject to availability. Please arrange this prior to your departure.


During Your Stay
• Noise Levels: Although there are no Neighbours in close proximity, we do kindly request that you please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect the peace and privacy of the area and minimise impact on any other guests who may be staying on the property at the time.
• Cleanliness: Kindly wash dishes after use and leave the property and all utilised spaces in good, tidy condition. Excessive messiness may incur additional cleaning fees.
• Furniture: Please do not rearrange or remove furniture or property items. These have been provided for your convenience, use and comfort.

Safety Considerations
• Not Suitable for Children or Infants: The property is not designed or suitable for children or infants. For clarification, please feel free to contact us.
• Smoke Alarm: Installed for your safety and maintained as per regulations.
• Carbon Monoxide Alarm: Not reported on the property. For peace of mind, we recommend bringing a portable carbon monoxide detector.

Additional Information
• Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. If you wish to host an approved gathering (e.g., a wedding or celebration), please contact us in advance. Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction and incur additional charges.
• Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in eviction and authorities will be notified.

Final Note
As this is a shared Airbnb community and also our retreat at times, we ask that you treat Tranquility Hideaway with care and respect, leaving it ready for future guests to enjoy.
