Modern, stylish 2 bed apartment, great location
My modern, conveniently located and stylish apartment is the perfect spot to stay on your city break! A stones throw from everything Melbourne has to offer, easy access to the city via tram, or even walk! Shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, sports stadiums, cultural attractions and sightseeing are all so easy to get to!
Catch a tram to St Kilda beach, or wander to Bridge road or Victoria street for a meal or night out. It's all fab!
WiFi and a secure basement car park for 1 car included.
Guests will have full use of the whole apartment and not be sharing with anyone.
I live about 20 minutes drive away, you probably wont see me during your stay, however if you have any queries, feel free to send me a message and I'll be happy to help.
-Smoking allowed on balcony only with doors closed please
-No parties or loud music, please respect neighbours
-Please wash, dry and put away all dishes, glassware and cutlery used.
-No need to strip beds after your stay, that’s the cleaners job :)
-Please respect my apartment and leave it tidy.
