Hidden from the world behind tall bushes and a cherry blossom tree on the front lawn, this spacious yet cozy house is arguably as beautiful as the nature surrounding it. Modern upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms combine with natural touches in the dining room and sunroom to coalesce into something totally unique. And with downtown Princeton just a five-minute drive away, you can enjoy serenity without having to go completely off the grid.

The entire house and backyard are available for your use. Only the detached garage is off limits as it is used for storage.

There are two Ring cameras. One doorbell cam at the front door, and one floodlight cam above the garage.

HOUSE RULES

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 10+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.

Clean and wonderful

Very pleasant home and host. Our group of ten was able to comfortably enjoy our weekend in this nice clean house. Linens, kitchenware and anything else you might need was also available. Easy in and out and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

The place was great. Everything was provided. Linens and towels were in abundance. The appliances all appeared brand new and worked great. The yard was huge and worked out great for our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family gathering

I was very impressed with this house. Very spacious, clean and lots of room for hanging out with family and sleeping arrangements. Though we did not use the backyard, it was large and suitable for outdoor grilling and activities. Downtown Princeton was minutes away and very easy to get to. Our host James was accessible at all times though we did not need to contact him. I plan to book it again.

4-day stay in Princeton

We had family events in NJ so several family members were in town. A few of us stayed at this house. It was perfect for the group. The home was immaculately clean, each room so well appointed and was so homey and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The street could be a little noisy but that’s more of an observation than an annoyance. It’s also a super quick drive into the town of Princeton so that was really convenient. When we rent another VRBO I hope it meets these standards.

Great home

Great place with lots of room. The only thing we would suggest is the sofa in living room be a bit higher. It was tough getting up from it. Other than that, very nice home and super clean.

I felt fancy.

This whole home is fully renovated with the most giant backyard. It was perfect for my business trip. My service animal tagged along and absolutely loved running in the large yard. The kitchen is beyond gorgeous and the whole home is warming. I felt like Beyoncé staying in such a lovely home. Would definitely come back during another business trip.

Pretty good. But I dnt like how they tried to charge me extra. I paid the cleaning fee that’s included already for the house that’s more than enough for the inconveniences. They should include that there are cameras on the property too.

wonderful family vacation!

Our family gathered for Thanksgiving- for the first time since covid- and this property provided the perfect spot. The house was spacious- 9we were even able to sit in the sun room in the afternoon despite cold temperatures) the yard was wonderful (we could play a little football even with the cold weather). It was an wonderful family stay!!!! We loved the location- runs next to the river and close to Princeton campus and town. We would stay again as a family stay.

Princeton home for the holidays

I went to the University of Michigan for undergrad where I was able to appreciate Ann Arbor, another top college town in the US. After graduating, I've come back to realize how special Princeton really is. I've made it my goal to share my love for the town and have every guest loving it the same way I do, and itching to come back.
