Please note that this property is a 90+ Day booking and ideal location for visiting Drs. And travel nurses. Emme Browns Cottage is located in the heart of Salmon Arm and is a perfect couples retreat. The bright cottage is situated on a large lot with mature trees and flower gardens with a convenient 5 minute walk to the downtown core. This bright cottage features a spacious bedroom with a king bed. There is also a smaller room which can be used as a workspace or yoga area. A small dining area is located between the kitchen and living room. The backyard has a BBQ and a dining/relaxing area. This is also a popular spot for visiting Nurses/Drs as the property is located a 10 minute walk to the hospital.

Hello. My family moved to Salmon Arm in 1968 Although work took me away from my beloved home town it always remained my favourite place to be. My hobbies are cooking,baking and gardening. I would like the cottage to be your home away from home when you visit.
Why they chose this property
Emme Browns Cottage originally was owned by Emme Brown a well loved neighbour. The plan was always to hopefully purchase the property which became a reality a few years ago and so I thought it fitting to name the property Emme Browns Cottage. It’s a beautiful property with walking distance to the downtown core, restaurants, movie theatre, hospital with other amenities such as the sports complex, wharf, beach near by.
What makes this property unique
The private cottage is located on 3/4 acres of land and has a large back yard. In the spring and fall deer can be seen in the yard and wild ducks are frequent visitors along with various birds. There is a walking Alley to the back of the property with surrounding Heritage homes
