The lounge leads out to a sunny north facing deck, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, beanbag and brand-new Weber BBQ.
The ground floor is home to 2 generous bedrooms, both with seperate wall heaters. The main bedroom includes a 2020 Samsung 32 inch wall mounted TV. Between the bedrooms is The contemporary bathroom with mirror demister, large size shower and heated tiled floors.
No expenses has been spared in terms of health, efficiency and substantial ability. The apartment has a Homestar
6 rating and features double glazing and insulation to a high acoustic rating 1 x heat pump ,heat recovery ventilation system ,LED lighting and water efficient appliances and fixtures. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
