Private Secluded Uncluttered Studio
Elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. The Studio and its Car Park are out of sight and sound of the road down a long, curved right of way that is shared with the house on the large (1600sqm) section.
The studio is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photo).
Uncluttered 35sqm studio that is suitable for work or holiday. Convenient for one adult or two sharing the Queen bed. A single bed is brought in when there is a child or third adult.
