Brand new duplex 2 bed 2 bath sleeps 3-4 with all new furniture and accessories. Granite kitchen, ss appliances 7 foot center island with dinning table. AC with ceiling fans in family room and both bedrooms.. Comfy lanai. 4 miles to Englewood beach and close to all shopping , restaurants and golf. Quiet neighborhood 30 min to Punta Gorda and 20 min to Venice. Wash machine and dryer in unit. Gorgeous unit!

Perfect Location in New Duplex

If your looking for a great place to stay, this would be a Perfect Choice. Close to everything, including 6 beaches. Very quiet neighborhood and the new amenities are Great! So clean and comfortable. We loved it and had a very relaxing vacation!😃

Great place

We rented this newer property for a month and were pleased with the newness and decor. Very clean. It was nice to be located between Tampa/Sarasota and Ft. Meyers/Naples. Manasota Key Beach was a short drive away.

A Home Away from Home

Our overall experience from booking to check-out was great. The place is new, clean, smells fresh and fully equipped. Location is in close proximity to grocery, restaurants and even short drive to the beach. It feels like home.
