Orillia's Rooftop Retreat
Orillia’s Rooftop Retreat is also super accessible, just minutes off Hwy 11 & Hwy 12, making it the perfect destination for guests traveling from Toronto, Brampton, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener, Muskoka, and the Durham Region.
Please note that parking is limited to 2 vehicles due to the design of the townhome complex.
Upon entering Orillia’s Rooftop Retreat, you'll be greeted by a bright, sun-filled hallway, complete with a coat closet and powder room at the entrance. Bedroom 2 is located just down the hall, offering a tranquil escape with beautiful views of Lake Couchiching—perfect for guests seeking a bit of privacy. There is also a patio door located here, where you can access the lakefront park, right from your doorstep!
Heading up to the main level, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring an island with bar stools for casual dining. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Off to the side, the Primary Suite serves as your private zen retreat, featuring a spacious bedroom and a large 4-piece bathroom.
The living room, located next to the kitchen, offers a cozy foldaway sectional that allows for flexible sleeping accommodations. From here, step out onto the first balcony, which will be furnished with comfortable seating by spring 2025.
The top floor of the townhome unveils a dining room with stunning vistas of Lake Couchiching, perfect for hosting meals. This level also includes a stylish bar area, ideal for winding down with a nightcap after a day of exploration.
Step outside the sliding glass doors to discover the rooftop patio, an oasis awaiting completion by spring 2025. This private space will feature an outdoor dining set, a conversation set, and a BBQ—all while providing a spectacular view of Lake Couchiching through the glass-paneled safety rail.
Around the corner, you'll find two more bedrooms, each equipped with Queen beds and their own closets. A 3-piece bathroom is conveniently located next to these rooms.
