Towels and bed linen are provided
along with well seasoned firewood.
For the water lovers; Our central location on the Bellarine Peninsula means that access to bay beaches, surf beaches, the mouth of the Barwon River, Adventure Park & the local Drysdale Pool are all between 5 to 20 minutes drive from our front gate.
For the Golfers; Curlewis Golf Course/Driving Range which also feature casual & fine dining options (French Fine Dining at the Golf Club as well as casual dining at the Driving Range), is only 6 minute drive. Clifton Springs Golf course is also only 8 minutes drive & offers casual dining.
Where do we start with the wonderful selection of wineries? All offer tastings but most also offer both fine & casual dining options as well.
For the boaters; the Clifton Springs boat ramp is only 8 minutes drive.
For the bike riders & dog walkers; You can access the Bellarine Rail Trail 1km from our front gate. It is a lovely 17km ride down to Queenscliff.
The Drysdale Sports Precinct is out the back gate, as well as the Drysdale Pony Club Grounds. In the near future we will be offering short term horse agistment options for the Equestrian travelers.
We are surrounded by wineries, many offering casual &/or fine dining. We also have many great cafe's in Drysdale only 2.5km away.
From Drysdale Station you can catch Thomas the Steam Train to Queenscliff & return. There is also the QTrain which offers fine dining & the Blues Train.
We offer the perfect retreat for those who want to just 'hide away' as well.

About the host
Hosted by Debra & Gary Jones

The name Cwm Fferm is Valley Farm in Welsh. Gary was born in Wales and it is nice to name the place we love in honour of his birth country and unique in Australia.
We live on our small rural farm with horses, chooks and normally our own dogs.
We produce most of our own electricity, seasonal fruit and vegetables, free range eggs and collect our rain water in multiple tanks.
As this is a working farm we are active on the farm all year round as well as fitting recreational activities in, making the most of our central position whether it be walking, swimming or riding either horses or bicycles.
Our home is separate from the bungalow which has its own private driveway and front gate, therefore offering complete privacy for the vacationer but we are on hand to support our guests if and when needed.
