The main floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and a dedicated office with a daybed for added flexibility. Two king bedrooms share a gorgeous full bath, while the second floor boasts another king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, sharing a luxurious bath with a tub and separate shower. A wet bar upstairs with full-sized refrigerator makes entertaining effortless.
Step outside to unwind on the main-floor porch or take in the breathtaking views from the expansive second-floor deck. With 60 feet of concrete dock space and located just one house from open water, this home is perfect for boating enthusiasts.
Big Pine Key strikes a perfect balance between nature and convenience, with stores and restaurants surrounded by miles of biking and walking trails, tropical hardwood, and pine forests. The island's National Key Deer Refuge, home to 20 endangered species, including the iconic Key Deer, enhances the natural beauty of this canal front retreat.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking. One small dog considered with $250 nonrefundable pet fee and manager's approval. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Please note, we need extra time to clean this home, so we can't accommodate same-day checkouts/checkins.
