About this property

Beaches Bays and Adventures Ten minutes to Port Arthur 3 minutes to White Beach

Kick back let the water and mountains invigorate your senses in this picturesque stylish space. A private situation nestled on a hill, Blue Waters is a light filled newly built house with a 6.5 energy star rating. Further enhanced with a fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioner it's warm and toasty all year round. Conveniently situated in Nubeena essentials and indulgences are minutes away. Blue Waters is perfect for accessing Port Arthur and all the activities the peninsula has to offer.

Set on a hill over Parsons Bay, Blue Waters is a well appointed modern and comfortable three bedroom home with breathtaking views of sky, water, trees and mountains.

Relax in privacy in this cosy home with gardens and viewing areas. Be slow to wake or slow to unwind in the secluded courtyard. Savour an outdoor breakfast on the verandah or an evening meal with a fire pit by your side. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets from the viewing studio high up on the property. Or just laze about on the very comfy sofa looking out to neighbouring White Beach and Bruny Island in the distance.

There is so much to see and do on the peninsula and being in Nubeena Blue Waters is ideal for accessing all of it. Conveniently close are two IGA's, a Bottle O bottle shop, a Servicemens club with restaurant, superb coffee at Lucky Ducks Cafe, a food takeaway, a fuel service centre and the Pear Shed arts and crafts gallery. Nearby are sandy white beaches, stunning coastal vistas, fishing, swimming, hiking, wine and whiskey tasting, bird and wildlife viewing, Tasman Cruises (a highly recommended must do!), the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo and of course the rich history of the peninsula. Port Arthur is just a short ten minutes away. Or just stay at home in very private and relaxed surroundings.

Admire the two resident Splendid Fairy Wren's from the lounge or the courtyard as they flitter in and out of the garden shrubs. In the early morning and around dusk Kangaroos come to graze on the back lawn. And in summer spot the occasional ever so cute Echidna crossing the property on its way to secret destinations.

The home has everything you need to make it your home away from home. The kitchen is light filled and fully equipped with everything you need for pleasurable snacking or dining. As you prep and cook breathe in the views and natural light and maybe sip on your favourite beverage as you look onto the tranquil bay, the soft undulating hills and mountains and a vast sky. We provide essentials such as oil, coffee, teas of various kinds and bikkies, salt and pepper and a small long life milk to get you started.

The bathroom boasts an extractor fan, heater, shower, bath and toilet. Four bath towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and body and hand soaps. For convenience there is a second toilet further along the hall.

The bedrooms are a modest size while being clean and very comfy and come with built-ins for plenty of storage space. Comfortably accommodating four people, bedroom one has a queen bed and bedrooms two and three have king singles.

The whole house has double glazed windows, the walls and ceiling are fully insulated and to be really cosy there is a fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioner.

Blue Waters also provides free Wi-Fi and a smart TV

Stay 2 nights or 2 weeks Blue Waters is perfect for romance, adventure, a small family or a quiet undisturbed work from home recuperative getaway

NB - Please note due to Blue Waters having a fireplace toddlers are not recommended or it is strongly advised that they are keenly supervised when the fire is operational. A fire safety grill is provided.
