Just across the Rehoboth Canal, the house is an easy walk or bike ride to the restaurants and stores of Rehoboth Avenue straight down to the boardwalk!! First floor has a spacious open living area with a cozy outdoor patio perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The second floor has an ensuite with a king bed, two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and share a full bath. The third floor loft has a fold-out queen bed, a half bath, and accesses a roomy deck perfect for sunbathing, a game of cards, or enjoying a cocktail! TWO WEEK MINIMUM.
