Just 3 blocks south of Funland and only 60 steps to the beach and boardwalk with ample room for everyone to enjoy the front screened porch and large private back screened porch from this duplex (owner couple living in 2nd floor unit , so little or no noise from above) with many amenities including: propane granite fireplace in the living room with 65" TV above, stacked washer/dryer in first floor ensuite bedroom bathroom, second washer/dryer in lower level, two large covered outside showers and a large flat fenced backyard.
