Tuck yourself away at this charming, clean, and modern studio, perfect for a small family vacation or a romantic getaway for two. This vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a tall table with counter seating for four. On-site, you are welcome to enjoy the tennis courts as well as the seasonal, heated pool.

This condo is located just a short walk from North Chair and a short ride on the free shuttle bus from Blue Mountain Village. In the Village, you'll find another ski lift, charming cobblestone streets, turn-of-the-century architecture, and roughly 50 unique shops and restaurants. Come summer, Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay is one mile north, while Wasaga Beach is only 20 miles east. There are also five golf courses within 12-miles of this property, including Monterra Golf just a little over a mile down the road.

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.

Maintence issues need to be addressed

Great size unit Great location Kitchenette are great space and clean But… Sliding patio door extremely hard to open No screens on patio door or window Pantry door is a struggle to open Bathroom needs a good wipe down. Lots of spiderwebs No air conditioning - when putting the air conditioner on it started blasting heat instead

A Regrettably Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price

I seldom find myself in a position where I feel compelled to write a review, but after my recent experience, I believe it's necessary to share my thoughts to help others make informed decisions. My stay at this studio was profoundly disappointing, starting with the bed, which was in a deplorable state. The bed was not only noisy with every slight movement but was also on the brink of collapsing. The mattress, supported merely by a few wooden planks, sagged through the frame, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The headboard was loosely attached, and the overall condition of the bed was simply unfit for rental. Customer service was prompt in their communication, assuring me that the issue would be addressed immediately. Unfortunately, their promises fell flat as no one was sent to rectify the situation. This lack of follow-through was not only frustrating but also indicative of the studio's disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the studio was equally appalling. Finding hairs on the bed sheets, pubic hairs near the toilet, an empty bottle under the bed, and a small shampoo container behind the toilet underscored a severe lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness. The studio was outfitted with the cheapest possible supplies, reminiscent of a low-grade student dorm but at an exorbitant rate of over $350 a night (incl fees). This stark disparity between price and quality was shocking. Overall, this studio was unfit for rental.

Fall Anniversary Weekend Getaway

We rented this for our anniversary fall weekend away. The location is pretty close to the village of Blue Mountain. There is a shuttle but we just drove over (5 min drive). We went for dinner there and went up the gondola for an evening light installation. During the day we enjoyed the beautiful autumn leaves and went to the Scandinavian Spa (7 min drive). As for the unit, it’s pretty basic. It’s nice having a kitchen but there were some things missing- needs to be restocked. There were only two plastic ikea spoons and a very dull food prep knife. We managed to make everything we wanted to and cooked most meals at the condo. It’s pretty close quarters- we could hear the neighbours and I don’t think they were being that loud. If someone was having a party it would be quite noticeable. But overall it’s a neat resort- very close the a chairlift if you were there to ski that seems nice. Carful when booking that you don’t get charged twice- we booked using booking.com and both vacasa and booking charged us. We had to call several times but vacasa eventually refunded us the 2nd charge. A bit of a hassle but it was handled so we are content.

Last trip for summer

Room was good for our family, it was clean but the floors could use a bit more cleaning. Had everything we needed. Except no bedding for the pull out which our 2 kids were to sleep on. We were not told to bring any. When I msged to ask about the bedding they said they are gonna have someone contact me cause there should be bedding. No one ever contacted me and I reached out 2x about this. We had to come up with something on our own.

Neat and accessible

Cute little stay!

Cute and small with the ability to change the thermostat how ever hot/cold preffered. Bed a d pillow cases could have been softer. Pillow cases were rough so it wasn't great for sensitive my skin.

Studio style

I was there with myself and 3 boys , I thought I was getting a bedroom however it worked out but you can hear everything from the people above , the location was great to the pool however the hot tub was broken , the condo was clean and overall had a nice time

Things that need to be fixed

HEATING - Not working. Old blew cool air. Made the stay very uncomfortable whem it was 5 degrees C and raining outside OUTSIDE SITTING COVE- Musky, Damp, and Milddewy. Poor Lighting. Furniture old. Needs to be refreshed. Would NOT sit out their to relax.

Great location

While the building looks old from the outside the inside had everything we needed. King bed was comfortable. Appliances looked new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was cold until we figured out that we had to turn the baseboard on at the baseboard (no switch). From the picture we figured it was a gas fireplace but it was electric with no heat but since the heating was good it was not an issue.

Good location, studio merely adequate

Studio ski in/ski out, but closest chairlift closes at 4:30. (There's supposed to be a shuttle to the village, but it was not running.) Studio adequate, but needs a makeover. Furniture overly used, everything wobbly and in need of tightening. Sofa not very comfortable, and a cushion had stuffing coming out. One of the smoke detectors hanging by the wires because screws and drywall anchors had come loose. Front door lock difficult to operate.

Too small for Two couples

The pictures were somewhat misleading for what we wanted. This unit is on the lower level (dark closed in patio), parking lot facing, too small for 4 adults and also, on the main sidewalk to the base of the mountain which meant lots of foot traffic outside our windows and patio. Not a huge deal if the privacy isn't a priority and/or you want to just fall into bed after skiing. It's the basics and we had a great time but a larger unit would have been better for us. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, drinks and snacks. Bathroom had all basics, however if wanting a jacuzzi, the tub could be updated. Fireplace doesn't throw heat but pretty. TV was multi functional, secure storage for skiis right ouside the door. Options around checkin/out were not available. Overall good stay, just too small for two couples.

Good location!

Condo complex located very close to North lift! Convenient! Condo complex is dated and needs some TLC! All units are different so some could have been upgraded and perhaps more amenities!

Awesome place

Went for a 3days away from the city.. the place was perfect near the village and was near the scenic caves which were targeting to go! Thank you for a wonderful get away your place made it feel like were just home!! Cleanliness and everything you need is in the house!!
