This home has lots of living space for the entire family to spread out and enjoy with 2 living areas and a sunroom, along with a huge fenced in yard for those lawn games. The first floor features a king master bedroom with ensuite. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are 2 staircases one at the front of the house, a good morning staircase and the second is just off the dining room also a steep and narrow staircase. AC throughout the house with slimline units downstairs and window units in the bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive back deck the head off to Pleasant Bay just under a mile away for the day. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a sun filled day at the beach and grill dinner on the deck. Head to Main Street for some night shopping and entertainment just a short drive away.
