About this property
Paris with a breathtaking view – Bright, luxury apartment in hippest district
Bright, freshly renovated luxury 2-bedroom apartment located on the 22nd floor of the highest residential tower in Paris, with a spacious balcony offering a breath-taking view of the city.
Fully equipped with high-end amenities, designer furniture, and lots of plants for the cosiest stay in Paris.
I'm an architect and I live here with my daughter. I've designed this apartment with care and attention to details, using the finest materials from floor to ceiling. While I'm away, I'd be happy for you to enjoy this unique place!
- Dine-in, brightly lit kitchen with everything you need for gourmet cooking: brand new induction cooktop and oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher... it's my favourite room in the apartment!
- Small laundry room with brand new top-end washing machine and dryer
- Spacious, open living room with HD home cinema projector, Apple TV, HI-FI audio (with Bluetooth, Airplay), and a set of "Togo" sofa, armchair and pouffe from the cult French design brand Ligne Roset for the cosiest lounge experience. And lots of beautiful plants!
- The living room extends into a large balcony looking South East. Here, you'll catch a view of Paris like nowhere else. The Buttes Chaumont park right in front, the canal de l'Ourcq at your feet, the Parc de La Villette to the left, down to the Bibliothèque Nationale de France in the south of Paris, you see it all from that height. Sunlit breakfasts and lunches are a must. In the afternoon, enjoy a nap in the hammock, floating over the city. But my personal favourite view is at night when the city's millions of lights shine in the dark blue sky...
- A spacious glass-top desk and comfortable leather chair if you really must attend to work commitments (I happen to work from home), with lighting-fast WI-FI everywhere.
- A sleek, pistachio green-tiled bathroom with Italian walk-in shower (with a view!), matte-black designer fittings, and all the space you need to fit your beauty case and accessories.
- A master bedroom with double bed, high-end mattress, a desk, and a vast wardrobe with mirror door.
- A child bedroom with a single bed, high-end mattress, a desk, and lots of toys :)
Last but not least: from the bedrooms' unique corner windows, you can see the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur, and all of central Paris!
Two extra comfortable single mattresses can be placed in the living room or inside one of the bedroom, for flexible use. In total, the house can easily accommodate 5 persons. Bed linen and towels included for everyone!
The apartment is located in a cult residential housing complex designed by architect Martin Van Treeck in the 1970s, the Orgues de Flandres. It is centrally located in the 19th arrondissement, probably Paris' hippest district right now. 3 min walk to the subway (line 7), lots of grocery options and restaurants in the neighbourhood. You'll love a stroll (or a run?) along the Canal de l'Ourcq, 5 min from the flat, which leads to the beautiful Parc de La Villette, or turns into the famous Canal Saint-Martin going south. From the apartment, you'll be in the very centre of Paris in 15 min by public transport.
This is my home and I love it very much: please be respectful, and enjoy!

About the host
Hosted by Francesco

I'm an architect and a teacher, living in this apartment with my daughter. I travel quite often for work and let my flat while I'm away.
Why they chose this property
I care very much about interior architecture and designed this flat with care, combining functional needs and aesthetics. Les Orgues de Flandres, the cult housing complex where it is located and the highest residential tower in Paris, was built in the early 1970s. To stay faithful to the original project, the interior design is full of reference to 70s design, including rare/cult pieces of furntiure, lighting and materials. It is also fully equipped with the latest smart tech features. I think you'll enjoy it, I'm quite proud of it! ;)
What makes this property unique
You won't get a view like the one I have here anywhere in Paris. Mornings are flooded with light, for the most pleasant awakening every day.
