The Severn Cottage is a beautiful open concept 2 bedroom with a screened in sitting area and a private covered deck. This cottage is comfortable and welcoming overlooking the lake. Enjoy swimming off the dock all day and making s'moors at night in your own designated fire pit.

2 Bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Trundle Bed with 2 Double Beds, & 1 Single Bed

Just a 2 minute walk from the cottages is the town of Severn Falls where you will find a general store, ice cream parlor, fully licensed restaurant and a marina.



The River Emporium is a great general store with a variety of supplies, ice cream and coffee.



Enjoy The Riverhouse Restaurant, a fully licensed restaurant with an outdoor patio and excellent home style meals for those days you just don't feel like cooking.



The Severn Falls Marina allows for easy access for launching your boat as well as the Tamarack Marina where you can fuel up your water crafts.





If your group has more than 2 cars per cottage, there is a public parking lot just up the street



There is a local chapel within walking distance.



We are situated half way between the Big Chute Marine Railway Lock # 44 and Swift Rapids Lock 43. We are just off Upper Big Chute road and 20klm from the town of Coldwater where you will find some interesting shops and the Bon Air golf course.


You are welcome to take your boats and sea-doos. We have docks you are able to tie up to.



We know your pets are family too, so welcome them as long as your commitment to responsible pet ownership strictly enforced. All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
