- May, June, September, October: $7,600 per month
- July, August: $18,750 per month
- November – April: $5,000 per month
- Memorial Day to Labor Day: $44,450 (full season rental)

Are you seeking a relaxation adventure or both? On the North Fork, we have the best of both worlds. When you're here, tranquility and adventure are at your finger. The home comes with beach chairs to use at your leisure and enjoy the breathtaking, picturesque views, a large outdoor deck for entertaining, a gas barbecue for grilling, a large sun-screened-in room/porch, large windows that supply a cooling sea breeze that reaches all of the rooms.

This home is a 2-bedroom beach house that sleeps 4 perfectly. There are 2 queen-sized beds.

When you book a getaway with us you are guaranteed high-quality essentials including WIFI, TV, Gas BBQ, beach chairs, AC, etc. Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience.

You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are minutes away.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, and we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
