I am a Canadian and have recently bought an apartment in Marrakech! I live here some of the year and the other part of the year I have decided to rent it out for others to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
The neighbourhood is a quiet local neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 from the medina and Gueliz. It is located off a major road artery so access to EVERYWHERE is wonderful.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is brand new and I have made it a cozy refuge with minimalistic yet warm and cozy decor to make it really feel like home.
