Also nearby and only a 5 minute walk to, is Warilla Bowling Club for your dining and entertainment or you also have vibrant Shellharbour Village , full of boutique shops and restaurants, which is either a 1 minute drive to or a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach.
There are 3 living areas inside the home plus an entertaining area to die for, with a large undercover jacuzzi and outdoor dining for up to 8 people.
Other features include a kids play room , a poker/games room , plus a study complete with 100s of books to relax and unwind to, and also plenty of board games for some family fun . A bit further afield but all within a 20 minute drive are Jamberoo Action Park, Shell Cove Marina, Illawarra Fly and the beautiful seaside town of Kiama.
