A comfortable 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. However, the main residence and studio are restricted areas.

Guests may use the pool and sauna upon request, with the sauna requiring 30 minutes of preheating. Bathers must be worn, and a towel is required when using the sauna.

An external shower is available for rinsing off before and after use, and toilet facilities are conveniently located next to the sauna and shower.

- HeartStone Hill is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the station. A local taxi service is also available in town.

By Flight:

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; No signals for the rest
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Pets should be kept on lead at all times
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas.
- Clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out, courtesy of other guests
- One well-behaved, friendly dog is allowed. The owner must clean up after their pet and ensure minimal barking, especially at night. The dog may roam freely but remains the owner's responsibility. Please be cautious during summer, as snakes may be present in bush areas

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
